5 questions to ask any AI vendor before you sign
A short checklist to separate real tools from demo-ware before money changes hands.
1. What specific number in my business will this move, and over what timeframe?
2. Who on my team has to change their workflow for this to work — and have you talked to them?
3. What happens to my data, and can I export it if I leave?
4. Show me one customer my size, in my industry, who's been live for more than six months.
5. What does month 13 cost, after the intro pricing ends?
If a vendor can't answer all five clearly, that's your answer.
